Interview
Lengthy and in a way, not necessary as there were 5 rounds of interview and the last three ware of 15 mins each. The hiring process is the process of reviewing applications, selecting the right candidates to interview, testing candidates, choosing between candidates to make the hiring decision and performing various pre-employment tests and checks.
1st round technical online assessment in college 2nd round technical +HR round in college 450 students attempted for test and 50 students were shortest listed for interview. At the end 10 students were hired of which 7 were girls and 3 were boys.

Interview
Interviewers were friendly and guided me throughout. Asked me simple problem solving questions and about my knowledge of testing and software development. Next round consisted of my understanding of core values of Barclays.
