Interview
Submitted my resume and an essay to the Barclays website in October 2013 for the Finance/Operations Bootcamp. Had a 15 minute phone interview with HR in early November. The interview consisted of only behavioral based questions. Then I was offered an invitation to the Bootcamp. The Bootcamp was a three day conference from December 4-6. The first day was mostly networking and resume/interview workshops. Second day we had a case competition, Barclays jeopardy, talks with senior management and one-on-one interview prep with our analyst mentors. The last day of the conference we had one 30 minute interview with senior management. The interview was friendly and there were no technical finance questions.
