Applied online with CV/ Resume and supporting documents (cover letter). Following this was asked to do situational judgement, numerical reasoning and verbal tests. Have phone interview coming up expecting simple behavioural questions like "Why Barclays" and "Why this division"
QC and Issue resolution analyst - court orders.
Final stage interview - no second interview.
Lasted an hour. Interviewed by 2 people.

Tell me about a time you dealt with operational risk and controls
Started with an HR screening followed by two rounds of interviews with the hiring manager, offer rolled out within 2 weeks of the interview. Positive feedback overall, interview questions maybe analytical in nature.
Amazing, 5 rounds in German language.
