Totally casual approach. They called me in the office and tried to understand what I did before and their key question was how much I was making at the company I worked for. There was no specific question they asked to me that I would believe it was relevant except for standard ones.

They gave me some questions to compete and asked me to sit a short test that I quite enjoyed. It was hard though
