I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Barclays (New Delhi) in Aug 2015
Interview
Barclay's came to our college for the first time so students were really prepared for that. They started with a 60 min pen and paper technical aptitude test covering major CS sections like:
OS, data structures, Python, C++/Java, few questions on hadoop.
40 students were shortlisted after the test.
Then there were two F2F interviews.
My first interview went for about half an hour.
I was asked to tell about myself. Then he went through my resume and found that i had done MONGO DB course so he asked questions regarding MySQL and MONGO DB.
I was shortlisted after the interview for the second round but unfortunately could not clear it. The interviewer did not spend much time. He only gave me five minutes to answer 4-5 questions.
