Interview
The interviewer was calm and asked relevant questions. Didn't discuss much about the role etc even when I asked. The time slot was for an hour but the interviewer said it might finish in 30 mins. It went on for about 50 odd minutes.

Interview
Typical process yet lengthy. At first, I received a call from a recruiter then moved me to an interview with a hiring manager via Teams/Zoom. Weeks later recruiter called back and offered me the role after lengthy process of interview, background check, back and forth. Then, Recruiter called back a few days later to rescind the offer claiming they had to cut back including herself and other jobs. That's what was claimed at least. I encounter them at a job fair few weeks ago I believe in April 2025 and spoke with a white lady among those at Barclays stand and explained to her the situation on what happened with me. She sympathized and asked my name so she can pull up my application and move it faster, and mind you she didn't even wrote it down or used a phone or laptop or anything. Long story short, I go back home and apply to the position again per her recommendation only to get declined again. Overall, the hiring process is terrible and Barclay's HR is a joke! They don't appreciate quality candidates & have no respect for applicant's time and efforts.

Interview
They encouraged all the interviewees to mingle and chat to one another. There was both group work and a 1-on-1 aspect of the interview. They made a great presentation outlining the role, really lovely staff.
