For campus recruitment, interested candidates who have cleared their Aptitude Test are called for Personal Interview. There are 3-4 rounds. Candidates keep getting filtered out in every stage. I am putting up questions from round 1.
Before interview stage, lots of online tests, including numerical tests. You need to be good at reading and calculating things from graphs and charts. Also tests about how you would act in the role, in terms of communication.
