We gone through direct interview . It was good experience. In first round they asked about my projects and some basic questions and some scenarios based questions. In second round they have asked technical questions related to python and power BI and also focus on my another projects.

Before interview stage, lots of online tests, including numerical tests. You need to be good at reading and calculating things from graphs and charts. Also tests about how you would act in the role, in terms of communication.
