While it was relatively informal, it also included an online test. No one ever gets the results of those tests but it was customary for the company to do it.
Online values test, followed by 1st stage with the hiring manager, based on a case study sent to me in advance on how to reporting on MI and make recommendations

The over application process is standard.
However, the response time is quite long. It could go without any feedback (even rejection) for months.
For senior jobs it is not a good experience.
7 interviews covering various competencies separately with the final one with the Line Manager. However, covering one competency individually allows one to get into the depths and useful for the candiates and employer.
