I have applied for numerous jobs, where I meet all or at least 95% of the qualifications, listed in the job description, within the last year. Barclay's never, ever called me to schedule a phone interview. I waited for a few months and applied again. I literally received a rejection email, one day later. I have tons of experience and I'm not understanding why I never, ever get a phone screen with this company? At this point I will delete my profile and never apply again.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Barclays in Jan 2019
Interview
5 stages, two SMs, 2 MDs, 1 Manager. It was a long drawn out process with limited involvement from HR. The senior managers were slightly on the tough side, though all in all I was impressed with the process and the level of respect I was shown by the receptionist.
