This was an interview for a part time front desk position. I had a phone interview with HR at first. The woman was very nice and the conversation went super well. Then I scheduled an in-person interview with the office leadership to see if our personalities align. I was met with a panel of 4 people who grilled me with questions for an hour. There was no conversation or getting-to-know you questions. I tried to keep it as conversational as possible, but they were only interested in getting their questions answered. They also kept challenging my answers to situational questions.
