First they reached out via email and set up a video chat with the director. An in-person interview was scheduled after the video screening. After the in-person interview, the CEO calls for a quick chat. The follow up call never came so I reached out and they told me they were excited to have me and were putting my paperwork together. After the awkward phone call with the CEO because he was clearly doing something more important than listening to me, I waited another week. Finally I reached out and they told me the position was filled. I think they dropped the ball in the end. A courtesy call would've been nice. Especially since they lead me to believe I was going to receive an offer.
