The process with Base was well communicated, clear and very fair. It was very rigorous and tested me appropriately for the position I was applying, however the team were great and process very smooth. I had multiple phone interviews, followed by an onsite presentation and meeting with the CEO at the Mountain View HQ. The process they followed and culture I experienced attracted me to the company from the outset. I was able to meet with multiple leaders, individual contributors and executives to give me a pretty wide view of the people I would work with daily. They booked and paid for all travel expenses related to the trip.
