Interview was easy. Simple how to questions and to get to know you. I hope I don’t have the wrong company. I did not get the offer but it was worth my time. Would do another if I had a chance.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Base CRM (Mountain View, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
Applied online and was contacted by email to set up a phone interview. The woman who was supposed to call me didn't call when she was supposed to, so I had to follow-up with an email. We ended up rescheduling and had the phone interview at a later date. I went in for an on-site interview and it was a complete waste of my time. I interviewed with 2 women and I could tell the one I had been corresponding with through email didn't like me from the moment she saw me. Both interviews combined took less than 15 minutes. Melissa mostly just stared at me and asked me if I had any questions during our brief 4 minute interview. Seriously a complete waste of my time, never heard back from anyone. I obviously didn't get the job. I wouldn't call the interview difficult I would classify it as awkward. Pretty annoyed I wasted my time with this company since they clearly don't respect your time.
