Base (TX) Design Lead interview questions

The interview was expedited but somewhat unclear what all the steps were going to be, which is typical for a startup. I spoke to a young hiring manager and another young designer. They were both ambitious, but very arrogant, aloof, and dismissive of my inquiries, which I found to be disrespectful for a prospective employee.
