Weird interview, overall. Pleasantly informal logistically - not surprising for a startup. They bopped me around to a few different people on the team, which was nice to get a more wholistic view. Some lack of clarity in strategy showed up, which I wanted to ask about. I didn't get the chance. The interview with the hiring manager was ... weird. Confusing, unfocused, inconsistent, rushed - it felt more dysfunctional rather than just standard healthy chaos. It's hard to say without more interactions, but my gut says working here would have come with some unhealthy dynamics with at least portions of leadership. Though a couple people stood out as seeming great to work with. If you're not sure if you're getting red flags from this company, this friendly internet stranger would say you probably are, based on my interactions.
