First I had a 15 minute intake interview, then a 30 min technical interview and the day after my technical interview I was contacted for my on-sight. My on-sight consisted of giving a presentation on a prompt I had received several days prior, followed by five 1:1 interviews and lunch with the employees. Throughout the whole process I felt that the Base employees I spoke with genuinely wanted to get to know me, and they tested my ability to digest and react to new information in a reasonable manner. I was thoroughly impressed during my on-sight, both with the office overall and the conversations I had with my hiring panel. Total time between my first intake interview and receiving my offer was 13 days. Communications from Base were professional, very prompt, accommodating, and thoroughly helpful.
