Base (TX) Talent Partner interview questions

Don't interview here. I went through 3 virtual interviews, a 3.5-hour onsite, and a take-home assignment with a presentation. After all that, the recruiter said they'd have an update by the end of the day. Two days later they asked to call, then didn't. The following week they said they'd been out and would call this time. They didn't. I reached out multiple times but haven't heard back, not even a rejection. It's been a month now, so safe to say I got ghosted. Ironic considering they grilled me about how I provide an exceptional candidate experience. They should focus on improving this themselves.
