Our interview process is the same for everyone who is applying for a technical position with Base2. As a first step, a candidate will speak with a recruiter who then meets with the hiring manager to determine whether that candidate’s skills and qualifications are appropriate. If they both agree, the recruiter then schedules a technical phone screen with a senior consultant who is better suited to evaluate a candidate’s technical skills. We have a variety of folks who conduct our technical phone screens (both male and female), it all depends upon expertise and availability. If you were not chosen to move forward in the interview process it was because the hiring manager, tech screener and recruiter collectively determined that your skill set was not the best fit for the position at this time. We want all candidates to have a positive experience with Base2, even if not chosen for the current opening, and will continue to do our best to make that happen for every candidate.
