Interview
Series of 30 minute phone interviews, the first being with HR to establish basic interest, knowledge of the company and fit, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The next stage would be to meet members of the team face to face. My understanding is that Centro employs a 'Hire slow, fire fast' philosophy to ensure that the right cultural match is achieved
