I only did the phone screen, but it was the most unprofessional process I've ever experienced. First off, the recruiter sent me a broken link to schedule the interview, then after I got a working link, she stood me up for the time I selected. We then rescheduled a few hours later the same day, but she still called me about 10 minutes late. She then started right off the bat with the dreaded salary question, and since mine was too high just ended the call there. They seemed overly concerned with salary (they asked it on the scheduling invite too) and not fit, which is a red flag for a technical role. Glad I ended it before really putting any work into the process.
