Very thorough interview process. I had two phone interviews, one with HR and one with the director, and then two in-person interviews. The first one was with the director again, and the second in-person interview was with 3 people, and then meeting the actual team. After all of these interviews, a background check was conducted, they asked for 4-5 references to contact, and yes they called all of them.
