I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Miami, FL) in Sep 2013
Interview
group interview, asked basic situational questions, take turns, dress business casual. they evaluate your quickness to deliver good answers, the quality of your answers, and what experience you may have. you may also be asked about your current employment, although it may not matter if you have another job or if you are in school. they are very accepting to most people and chances are you will be hired if you are a decent person with some sort of sales drive. seasonal employees are hired yearly whether the store needs new employees are not so that is probably the best time to apply.
Group interview, asked if I had experience, what products I liked, etc
Was with around 6 other girls, sat in a circle with us taking turns answering questions. Around 15 minutes, we were all hired
