I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Melbourne, FL) in May 2016
Interview
Printed out an application and handed to store manager in person. Received a group interview invite about a month later. Met out in front of the store before the mall opened. I felt elderly since everyone else there looked to be of high school age. One girl even had her mom sitting there with her. No one knows more about their products than I do as I've been collecting since the 90s. Apparently the high school sect is what they're looking for though, I guess. General manager casually asked us questions but every person had to briefly answer (and sometimes you didn't get to answer at all) and no time given to really get to know us better. Would've been nice to have more 1:1 time to speak with her.

Question 1
How would you approach a customer to encourage them to buy something?
I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (West Palm Beach, FL)
Interview
Casual conversation about work experience and how you’d be able to contribute to the team. They asked me to do a mock sales pitch, where I tried to sell a product.
Very superficial, they will rate you out of 10 on looks and more before they decide to hire you. There is no office so interviews are conducted in the back store in a crammed area with no privacy.

Question 1
Explain a difficult situation and how you navigated it.
They ask a few questions about why you want to work there and the store and stuff like that and regarding products you may like. It was pretty chill and just try your best and it will go well
