I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2015
Interview
The interview was done in a group setting. The questions were pretty standard and felt more like a conversation. Each person took turns answering a different question. Then, we all had to take turns answering the same question, which can be tricky since it is ideal to have a unique answer.
