I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Portland, OR) in Jun 2016
Interview
The whole process took about 2 weeks. I applied mid June and 2 days later they called asking if I could come in for an interview the next day. Since I was in school in a different city we rescheduled for the next week. For the interview, it was me and one other girl. First, they had us pick a product from their store and explain why we choose that product. During the interview, when the manager would ask questions the other girl would always answer first and talk over me, and talk for a LONG period of time which meant I had to cut my answers short because the manager could only interview for so long which I found rude but the manager interviewing said nothing. Like one question I said I liked shopping at H&M and the other girl cut me off and said "I don't like shopping there because- blah blah blah". After the interview was over a week later I got an email saying I didn't get the job.
Group interview, asked if I had experience, what products I liked, etc
Was with around 6 other girls, sat in a circle with us taking turns answering questions. Around 15 minutes, we were all hired
