I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Exton, PA) in Apr 2013
Interview
I interviewed with two different managers, the assistant and the actual manager. They focused on my ability to sell their product, since that is the main focus of the company. Most especially the signature collection. I was asked about their return policy, usual sales, and how well I worked with others. I was then asked to pick two products from the sales floor, one that I liked and one that I did not like. I was then asked why they were my favorite and least favorite, and then I was asked to sell both products to the managers. Overall, it was casual. Jeans, nice shoes, and a button down top would be acceptable attire. They loom for optimistic and energetic people who work well with others and can sell and interact with customers well.
