I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (The Woodlands, TX) in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied about a week and a half before I got a phone call. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number so I listened to the voicemail and she sounded so sweet so I went ahead and called back and scheduled the interview for a Friday at 3.
Went in about 30 minutes too early so I had to wait because they had just taken back another girl. I walked around tested a couple new products, smelled some candles then finally it was my turn.
We went back into the storage area and we started off initially telling each other about ourselves and she was the assistant manager and she was letting me know that the store manager would be coming in soon to interview as well alongside her.
They were both so sweet and very informing not intimidating at all the questions were kind of difficult but some were very simple . It was half questions and half casual conversation, laughs, etc. As long as you're good at communicating and are not rude you will get the job.
I got offered the job on the spot.
Group interview, asked if I had experience, what products I liked, etc
Was with around 6 other girls, sat in a circle with us taking turns answering questions. Around 15 minutes, we were all hired
