I was hired during December, the busiest time! The store needed help, I had a quick 5 minute interview and was told I was hired that day. Obviously, this would be different at other locations/different times.

Was with around 6 other girls, sat in a circle with us taking turns answering questions. Around 15 minutes, we were all hired
