A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn asking if I or anyone I knew would be interested in an opening they had. Once I stated I was interested we moved on to set up a time to speak. Started with a 15 minute phone screening, was asked to apply online and then requested for an in-person about 2 weeks later. In-person interview was a multiple person interview. Gave more insight on the position - all scheduling, working within Outlook and that was it.
