Interview
It was pretty nice, casual and overall welcoming. A little jumpy at first but that was just the SM, Shes really nice and really cares for her employees. The interview was no longer than 20 mins, you might get hired on the spot if youre "spunky" thats what the company aims for., I came back the week after and got the job.

very easy and engaging loved how the conversation followed naturally. They just ask you behavioural based questions and some mix of previous experience that’s all. just know your scents and their names you will be good
Easy and straight-forward. The Interviewer asked basic behaviour based and a few situation based questions and why was I seeking a role at Bath and Body Works. Customer centric approach with focus on customer service and communication skills.
