I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Anthem, AZ) in May 2018
Interview
It was a group interview with the store manager and her assistant manager. It was an incredibly easy interview because they only asked us about our work history/experience and then we had to demo a product on each other, showing how we would interact with customers and sell products to them. The manager told us during the interview that she was going to be interviewing everyone that had filled out an application and only had a few positions available which seemed odd to me. She also did not ask us any specific questions about customer service, scenario based questions, or anything where we could talk about ourselves for this job. After we all went through our demo, the manager then discussed her expectations for the people she hires and discussed for a while that she enjoys being number 1 in customer loyalty and sales. Which was great but again, she didn't ask us any questions about that to see if we would be a good fit.
