Applied about two to three weeks ago and got a call back from the manager last week. I had the first interview on the 29th of August. It was a group interview with four people including myself, the manager was friendly and asked typical questions. I got a call back the next day for a one-on-one interview with the manager which took place on the 4th of September. I wasn’t really asked any questions, I was just informed of the job position and the workload. I got a call back today (September the 5) with an offer and I accepted.
The manager is calling you and as you are going into the back room with the manager, a customer walks in and the phone starts ringing. What do you do first and why?
Group interview, asked if I had experience, what products I liked, etc
Was with around 6 other girls, sat in a circle with us taking turns answering questions. Around 15 minutes, we were all hired
