My interview was very short and to the point. The manager asked me the basic questions of why I wanted to work there and to tell her about me. Basically you apply online Wait for a call from the employer who will tell you the basics of what you would be doing and ask if you still wanted to do it. Then you will set up and interview. Once the interview is done there are some things online you have to do just to get you in their system as an employee and then you start training.
