I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Richmond, BC) in Jan 2019
Interview
I believed I applied in November, didn't hear back until January. I arrived 5 minutes before my interview and I couldn't tell that the rather unfriendly and unkempt cashier was actually one of the managers. She didn't greet me professionally, just simply stated "You're early" in a rude tone. I suggested I could walk around the store for a bit while she prepared for the interview, and so I did.
The interview was conducted on the sales floor, and overall the general interview process was okay. What appalled me the most is that she acknowledged that my university is two cities away, but still dismissed the fact that I was a full-time UNIVERSITY student and compared my workload to high school students, saying I could handle working until 12AM every few months. Once the interview was over, she told me I would be contacted on Friday (my interview was on Tuesday.) She left without a goodbye and was overall very rude. The company definitely did not leave a good impression on me.
