The interview was very simple. I had worked in retail for 3 years so a lot of questions she asked me I most definitely knew the answers. She was very nice. I went in for a supervisor position which she said she just filled so she asked me if I would be interested in a sales leader position which she said is kind of like a key holder position at other companies.

How would I deal with an upset customer or coworker?
It was a group interview of 3 people. The manager was very nice and friendly, and made the interview process enjoyable. It felt more of a conversation than an interview. All of the interviewees got an offer.
