Applied online and received a call three days later to come in for an interview. The interview was very casual and easy. The manager asked questions about my retail experience. Also asked the usually questions such as Why do you want to work here, etc. Also, was taken out to the door to do a "test" experience selling to a "customer" (who was a sales associate pretending). About a week later, I received a call saying I got the job!

Group interview. They asked us our availability, and to tell them something about us. There were 3 of us, and the whole thing lasted about 30 minutes. 2-3 questions and in the end we needed to "sell" to one of the interviewers one of the products they had to choose from.
