Was contacted by phone to schedule interview for 2 days later. Arrived for interview and met with the Assistant Manager. The interview itself lasted only about 10 minutes. After reading my resume only asked 2 questions before offering the job. Honestly I had more questions for them than they did for me. Not much was told about the company or position expectations unless I specifically asked.
All in all seemed very rushed and desperate, did not have good (or rather prepared) answers for a lot of the questions I asked.

Group interview. They asked us our availability, and to tell them something about us. There were 3 of us, and the whole thing lasted about 30 minutes. 2-3 questions and in the end we needed to "sell" to one of the interviewers one of the products they had to choose from.

Involved group interview, asking a lot of scenario based questions and how to build a genuine connection with customers. There were times were the interviewer would act as the customer and you would be tested on what to do.

The interview process was not too difficult. Very basic questions like how would you sell this product. They also wanted to know the availability. They also let me know the growth opportunities at Bath and Body Works.
