I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works in Jan 2022
Interview
Interviewed with recruiter, DM, and then another DM from another district. Was told I would hear back in a week either way. After 3 weeks did a follow up and have heard nothing. Very unprofessional after spending over a month speaking with various people and looks poorly on the brand.
Standard, nothing hard about it. Very casual. People are nice. It took about an hour to get through the entire interview process. You hear back within a week or so.
The process consisted of a phone screen, followed by a formal interview with a few different individuals. Questions were about background and experience, followed by a series of scenario based questions.
