I went in for the interview and it was me and another person interviewing with the manager. Conversation was easy and we were both hired. The manager was really nice. She told us we would probably only work 4 hours a week unless its a holiday. Really we just talked and got to know each other.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
