I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Greensboro, NC) in Oct 2013
Interview
It was a group interview with about 6 people. We sat in a circle, introduced ourselves, and the manager told us what we were responsible for. The manager mainly played a video from the company itself. In the video there would be a scenario and then the manager would pause it and ask one person in the group what they would do if they were asked the same thing. It was all opinionated and showed the manager how well you can think on your feet.

Question 1
What would you do in this situation (plays video of women asking an associate what scent she should buy for her friend)?
I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (West Palm Beach, FL)
Interview
Casual conversation about work experience and how you’d be able to contribute to the team. They asked me to do a mock sales pitch, where I tried to sell a product.
Very superficial, they will rate you out of 10 on looks and more before they decide to hire you. There is no office so interviews are conducted in the back store in a crammed area with no privacy.

Question 1
Explain a difficult situation and how you navigated it.
They ask a few questions about why you want to work there and the store and stuff like that and regarding products you may like. It was pretty chill and just try your best and it will go well
