Group interview. Was interested to know I was bilingual (Spanish) and actually engaged me in conversation. Very basic interview, since the sales associate position caters to mostly new applicants looking for their first job. They are looking to see if you can speak clearly, are positive, can work in a team environment, and can listen to instructions. These qualities are very important to the job.
