You first do a phone screen and then you do a first round of interviews with HR and the hiring director and then you do a second round of interviews with some stakeholders, the CTO and one of the founders. There is also a case study with the VP of Product if you make it to the second round. There he'll go over some graphs, ask some questions, run through some UX exercises, etc. It's a pretty thorough but thoughtful process. I really enjoyed meeting the other stakeholders as well.
