It was a two step interview. The first was a phone call screen followed by an on-site, in-person interview. The team was very accommodating and worked with my schedule (I am working full time). Additionally, they were extremely quick with a decision process and wasted absolutely no time in getting back to me with a final answer. The interview process consisted of me talking about my past/current work experience, why I was looking to switch, followed by technical and personality related questions. One of the really nice things about the interview: two separate interviewers, on two separate occasions mentioned that they wanted to ensure that the company was a right fit for me. They earned bonus points for this, as they were interested in ensuring that that they could provide a candidate with what he/she was expecting out of this job.
