I was interviewed by 2 different people. They asked the basic questions and went over a project they had me do, asked questions and explained what the job is like.

Everybody was professional, friendly and off the bat you could tell that everyone there genuinely cares and enjoys working there. They asked good and smart questions. The interviews were on schedule, allowing you ample time to ask them questions as well. They have a rule where both of the Co-Founders have to meet all potential new employees, which I think is a good rule. First interview, I met with a couple of the designers, and afterwards they give you a test. Once you pass that round then you get to meet the rest of the team in addition to the co-founders. They make their decisions fairly quickly so that is a plus!
