First there was a phone interview/screen with a recruiter. Then there was a phone interview with several participants that at least included a person from HR, a senior buyer, and the procurement manager. Then there was an onsite interview with several participants.

I think the most difficult question was: Describe yourself with one word.
It was a multi-stage interview process. The first was a phone screen. The second one was a phone interview with hiring manager, if I recall correctly. The third one was a group phone interview. The last one was an on-site interview.
