I applied online. I interviewed at Bausch + Lomb (Rochester, NY) in Apr 2025
Interview
It was quick, and more an explanation of what to expect on the job. Nothing technical. Very nice people. It was clearly more for the interviewee as I was asked if it would be an internship that I was interested in.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bausch + Lomb in Jun 2014
Interview
Interview was a phone interview, with who would be my boss, not HR. The whole interview probably took about 20 minutes. Afterwards, I received an interview congratulating me on my new position, and requesting more information for a background check. It was a very simple process, and I was very surprised.
