The process was logical, first a preliminary phone interview, then an interview with the program director, and finally an interview with the entire team (4 individuals total). The 1:1 interview lasts about 30 - 45 minutes. The director explained the position in further depth, and asked questions as she scanned through your resume. The group interview was a bit more challenging. The group included the program director, two clinicians, and a peer mentor. The questions asked were extremely scenario-specific. The questions can become contrived, and it is best to attempt to respond in a direct and succinct manner (save going down a rabbit hole of more messy questions!). The appearance of the company overall seems to be good-natured and highly intelligent.
