Phone interview followed by in office interview. The recruiter emailed with a date for the phone interview. We chatted for about an hour and she was a wealth of info and went through company openings to make sure I had applied for all relevant positions.
They want to get to know you as a person, your background, why you are interested, medical assistant certification class, highest level of education t was a lot of ur basic questions, when did u make a mistake and what’d u do, when have u had to learn a new computer system, etc.

The first interview at the MLK office went average, but I didnt get hired there. Then the second interview in Clearwater with Brittany was nice, friendly and good conversation with whom I interviewed with. We laughed and had a good time, then i got hired the same day.
