Interview
I applied online and was reached out to schedule a phone interview. I had the phone interview via video meeting. After the interview, I never heard back one way or another about my status. I even followed up and no one responded to me. Ghosting candidates is definitely not a best practice in recruiting, so as a recruiter myself, I would never want to work for a recruiting team whose practice is to ghost candidates.
